Assertion; Concealed licences should allow you to carry to public areas

• Evidence: House just passed new law Stating that  “We should let the states decided whether or not, or under what conditions, to allow people who are in their state to carry concealed handguns.”

• Commentary 1: By allowing people with concealed licence to carry concealed handguns will allow them to protect them self to threats. People would be able to take a stand against criminals who have threaten them.

• Commentary 2: Although I do agree some public areas shouldn't allow Concealed guns. such as schools and Airports.

The House passed the law allowing every state to choose weather or not to allow Concealed handguns and the conditions on the requirements.

• Commentary 1: A total of 49 states have some sort of law allowing the carrying of concealed guns, only state not to allow it is Illinois
• Commentary 2: Legislation that would require states to recognize concealed-carry firearm permits made the vote on Wednesday with an out come of 272 to 154.

opposing claims/they say:

• Some think that guns should be allowed in public areas even with concealed licence. By allowing guns into public areas seems to be an easy way for criminals to have access to weapons.

My rebuttal/i say!

• Although i agree with them that it does allow for easy access to guns, by allowing civilians to have concealed weapons with a licences could allow them to protect themselves along with others when being threaten or in danger.

My thinking- Although I do not full agree with all of the new laws proposal, I'm very pleased with the outcome of the new Law. Some people censure the new Law but I do believe that this will help stop some criminals. By allowing civilians to take a stand against criminals and allowing them to protected themselves in tense situations.
